Education: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

• Responsible for overall Branch Operations and profitability of the branch, handling branch operations, team motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month.
• Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month.
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Lokanethra Group.
• Building relationship with customers and follow-up
• Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPA’s.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in any Financial Institute/ Banks/ NBFC only (not from an Insurance company)
• Must have worked as a Branch Manager for at least 5 years during his stint in the Bank Local
