Responsibilities:
  • Attending Customer Walk Ins and addressing customer grievances w.r.t. Gold Loan process & various schemes available at IIFL.
  • Verify customer’s KYC & complete online registration.
  • Ensure to adhere to standard operations procedure of organization and maintain all important registers at branch level.
  • Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
  • Ensure to bring in New CUIDs ( New Customers) and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
  • Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers.
  • Ensuring to call customers as per CRM leads (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads) and update in system.
  • Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.
  • Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years experience with good communication skill and computer knowledge.
  • NBFC experienced preferred
